Laser cutting of aluminium sheets
Laser cutting of aluminium ensures clean, precise cuts with minimal distortion and post-processing. Complex contours can be cut with laser cutting.
CNC punching and nibbling
With CNC punching/nibbling technology, we apply precise cut-outs, shapes or holes to aluminium sheets. Suitable for both serial production and bespoke solutions. Efficient and flexible.
Accurate shearing to size
Aluminium sheets are sheared to the desired dimensions with high precision. Ideal for straight, simple contours. Fast, reliable and ready to use.
Bending for shape and structure
Through bending, we create angles or folds in sheets. This creates edges, profiles or tray shapes. Perfect for facade cladding or technical applications.
CNC milling for detail and precision
With CNC milling, we machine aluminium sheets to an accuracy of one tenth of a millimetre. Suitable for complex contours, engravings or technical cut-outs. Always dimensionally accurate.
CNC rolling of aluminium
We roll aluminium sheets into a light or strong curve, depending on the application. Ideal for round shapes or cylindrical parts. Smooth and uniform.
Applying protective film
To enable scratch-free processing, we provide aluminium sheets with protective film. Useful during transport, assembly or visible applications. The film is easy to remove.
Drilling holes and cut-outs
We drill precise holes in aluminium sheets, at any desired position. Suitable for fastening, assembly or technical applications. Always neatly executed.
Tapping thread
Would you like to fasten aluminium sheets using screws or bolts? We can apply tapped thread to the sheets. Neatly finished and ready to use.
Expert welding of aluminium
