The difference between light boxes and dia boxes lies in the application and mounting method. Dia boxes are intended for indoor use, where the advertising panels are simply slid in without rear mounting, which makes them less suitable for outdoor signage. Light boxes are designed for outdoor use and include rear mounting, which prevents the panels from being blown out during storms or heavy weather conditions.
