Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) are lightweight sandwich panels consisting of a polyethylene core between two thin aluminium outer layers of 0.15 or 0.20 mm. This construction offers an optimal balance of rigidity, flexibility, and ease of processing. Their excellent flatness and stability make them particularly suitable for sign making, cladding, and interior design.
Available in thicknesses of 2.0 mm and 3.0 mm, with 0.15 or 0.20 mm aluminium skins, ACP sheets are easy to handle and work with, helping save time and reduce costs. At the same time, their strength ensures a long service life.
The surface features a special coating that enables strong ink adhesion for digital printing, making these panels ideal for advertising and illuminated signage projects such as outdoor displays, shopfitting, and LED textile lightbox back panels.
ACP panels are 100% recyclable, UV- and weather-resistant, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They can be easily sawn, drilled, milled, and bent.
Available in standard sizes or custom-made.
