T-Flex 70/1 Outdoor is an aluminium tension fabric system for large format printed or sublimated fabric. It was specially developed for using printed fabric in outdoor advertising (instead of PVC). This robust solution enables printed (keder) fabric to be easily and securely mounted to walls. The system consists of two main aluminium components: a tension frame and a spring-loaded cover profile.
The cover profile is attached to the frame using spiral springs, screws, and blind rivet nuts. To replace the fabric, simply loosen the screws by 10 mm, releasing the fabric edge from the frame. Once tightened again, the fabric is securely locked in place, preventing flapping or theft – ideal for businesses that frequently change their outdoor advertising.
Typical use cases include signage on gas station walls, shop exteriors, and retail centres.
T-Flex 70/1 Outdoor is a complete system and can be quickly assembled with the included components. Available in 6100 mm lengths or as a made-to-measure kit.
The anodised aluminium frame offers excellent weather resistance and long-term durability. The cover profile is available in silver anodised finish, RAL 7021, RAL 9016, or an oak wood-look sublimated finish.
