The BillBoardFlex system is specially designed for creating large banner frames without visible edges. Perfect for building façades and other structures. The system consists of an aluminium tensioning profile that is easily mounted onto a supporting structure using standard 40×40 mm aluminium tubes. The tensioning system is easily accessible, allowing the banner to be re-tensioned effortlessly.
For larger frames, a 4-way brace is available. This connects the tubes crosswise at the back of the frame, preventing the sides from bending when the banner is tensioned tightly.
The system comes complete with parts such as tension blocks, bolts, clamping profiles, and cover strips.
Everything is designed for quick and durable installation. The profiles are 6100 mm long and made from strong EN AW-6060 T6 aluminium – ideal for long-term, professional use.
